Fix your CPU fan so that it is on the right side, and it blows towards the back towards the rear exhaust fan.

right now the air is being blown from the right to left of this picture and is keeping the cpu at 30 on COD4 while at 28 on idle. just worred about the GPU as that gets upto 70
before you ask, i know cable management is shoddy but its non modular ...

Only problem i have now is noise coming from the earphones when i plug them in. I think its due to the GPU, but is there anyway to get rid of it?

Iranair, for best results, it's usually better to have the fan blow INTO the heatsink instead of suck air through the heatsink.

i know that but I cant swap around my Heatsink fan and the fans on the case (2) which are blowing air from the front to back

Does it come from the front ports only?

It may be how you are routing your cable.

I don't know where your front port audio plugs are, but this is an example of what I did when I had this issue also:

(of course, this photo is before I cleaned up my wiring)

Red is before, green is after. As you can see, the old wiring ran along the graphics card. Whenever I ran F@H GPU with this old wiring, I would get high pitched noises.

cheers, but thing is I have threaded the Front wires via the back of my antec 900 then onto the front below the GFX. Would it still make a difference if there is a metal plate between them?

Hmm, I don't know.
What does the wiring look like where it comes out in front of the graphics card?

only wiring to or from the GFX is the power cables. I'll take some shots tomorrow and post it up
