I hope you can find pilots, I have been talking with friends that also are CEO's of VA's much more successful than mine and they cannot even get pilots anymore.

Microsoft Frontpage Fail.

Invest some time in a good website and someone with knowledge to build and maintain it.
Also invest in a good host, domain, and backend to handle the hours, pilots, forums, etc.

Ummm,Some people are poor(like me) and have to deal with what they got.Plus his website really is not that bad.I have seen MUCH worse.

Listen here paul, I know you think everyone should bootleg dreamweaver or photoshop and be able to desing the best site ever but, I know for a fact that most of the website's here are designed by illegal software and most of the edited screenshot's are made with counterfit software. His site is good for his first, and it's good he is doing it himself so he will not need anyone for coding or web design later on. Sorry we can't all be like empora :S . Your attitude around here paul is that you have the best va and your knowledge on va's is the best, Well sorry to tell you it's not I think your comment's are the biggest waste of bandwith here but I can't stop you from posting useless but whatever. Good job! FLYGLOBALSPAN. I mean paul you want to start critiquing people let it begin I would like to start by saying on your main page of empora the logo color is different then the plane's cutout, I think you should fix this as it was an automatic turn off. I don't think you like it and neither do they!

hmm... looks like to me the logo is white and the airplane has a tan background and I zoomed into it in photoshop to make sure there is no fade?

                   I have been searching every post you have  made and believe me your are full of _____. You always try to bring people down. I would admit the site needs some work but you know every business starts small. Telling the truth when I saw the cloud It made me think that I was a kid again(that's a good thing) and seriously I think you should live them there, just try to fix them a little.
