Yes, HD is really only for high-bandwidth connections, and we may end up offering two separate options similar to the way youtube does it. That way at least everyone is supported.

Looking for some feedback regarding our new HD encoding

the quality is amazing, but for me personaly, the download is slow :/ and i don t think it comes from my connection since i can download at 1.5mb/s
I realize that hq videos are bigger, but it might requier a bigger bandwith and that probably cost more money ...
anyway, good job, i like the last one best

I watched the first one quite a while back but forgot to comment...
Had none of the problems with buffering that are being described, I had to pause it once, about 40 seconds in and then wait a little bit before I could continue watching it.
The framerate was fine, and the quality amazing.

Might just be me:
Adobe Flash Player 10.0.2.54
Mac OS X 10.5.6 with safari 3.2.1: All videos work fine.
Mac OS X 10.5.6 with Firefox 3.0.8: Only the first video works. All videos posted afterwords only show the row of button (play, pause, etc..) but no video. When the play button is clicked, the movie's sounds plays, but there is no video. I will post a screenshot if needed.
UPDATE: Upgraded to latest Flash Player. All videos now work.
