Official Ad Design Contest

Your task is to:

Create an ad poster.

-it should include a picture of the product and a description of its features
-the ad should be 800x600 pixels.
-the ad must communicate a clear message.
-the design should create a visual interest and appeal.
-the design should have a headline that catches the reader's attention.
-text should describe the features of the product cleary and accurately.
-text should be easy to read, the artwork should be clear.
-a .jpg file of your ad must be submitted.
-the ad should be about a computer company that you make the name for.

Good Luck to all participants.

Deadline: April 8th 2009.

Any chance there could be something more flexible to advertise? Such as vehicles! Computer Companies all go for the same black on black, boring picture of a server trend and complain when they are presented with something different!

You could also do Cell-Phones if you'd like. Those are your 2 options.

Well, first of all you need a laptop (which I know you own). You don't get as skilled as that by using a crappy computer mouse. Finger drawing FTW

Also, I will make a tutorial when I have another 4/5 hours to make one of these adds, as each pixel of colour (or lack there of) takes precision accuracy.

Guy's Have some new rules to manage this a bit better:

1. No more than 1 entry per man or woman.
2. Women can also do the contest.
3. Please take it seriously, as it will be moderated.
4. Have fun, and try your best.

I'm not taking any of this as a joke, I didn't laugh at all. Just do the picture GFX, you can do it to if you'd like you'll be good.

And post vote:

1. Vote ends on 14 April 2009.
2. There will be 3 winners.
3. 1st place gets 1st prize (best prize) and so forth...
