On May 2nd, we will be doing short hops in the Caribbean, from St. Maarten (TNCM) to Piarco (TTPP). After a great turnout from our last GA event, we decided to do another. The event will last several hours, and we will depart St. Maarten at 1800 Zulu time. (1:00 PM Central US, 11:00 AM US Pacific, 2:00 PM US Eastern)

Scenery
We have two sceneries, one is mandatory, the other isn't
Mandatory scenery: This one is required for the flight! The airports will still appear in FS without this, but the airports are repositioned in this scenery, and it enhances the mesh, airports, landclass, and autogen for the islands we will fly to. It is the Antilles Adventure Pack, available as freeware here: http://www.jg-laurent.com/en/ The installer is not in English, although that isn't a problem for me, just hit the button on the bottom right corner like any other installer.
Non-mandatory scenery: This scenery is not required, although will greatly enhance two airports. The scenery is Flytampa's well known TNCM scenery (payware), and covers TNCM, TFFJ, and SABA. You can buy it here: http://www.flytampa.org/ I highly recommend it.

Aircraft
I would recommend any single engine or small twin engine prop aircraft (Carenado M20J, C182, Piper Seneca, Beech Baron 58, ect), and I request we cruise around 110 knots to 150 knots. Some suggestions would be many of Carenado's payware aircraft, PAD's DH-2 Turbo Beaver, aircraft from Justflight's Flying Club, and PAD's freeware Socata Tobago & Trinidad for FSX.
We hope to have a good turnout! See you guys in the Caribbean.
