As has been said, unless you are planning to overclock your CPU (something I personally don't do but many others do so it's up to you to look at the positives and negatives and decide for yourself) then the heatsink/cpu cooler you get in the box will be fine.
I can't really comment on the PSU so I would look at google and find out what your CPU and Graphics Card both require. As long as they require less than 650W (Ideally you want to keep it less rather then just enough) then you should be fine.

I also found overclockers expensive in the past but the prices are quite reasonable now so i've come up with the following from them.
Antec 300 Three Hundred Ultimate Gaming Case - Black (No PSU) £45.99
Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 Intel P55 (Socket 1156) DDR3 Motherboard £86.99
Intel Core i5 750 2.66Ghz (Lynnfield) (Socket LGA1156) - OEM
Point of View GeForce GTX 275 Joker Edition 896MB GDDR3 PCI-Express Graphics Card £164.99
Geil Ultra Series 4GB (2x2GB) PC3-17000 2133MHz Dual Channel Kit £74.98
OCZ StealthXStream 700w Silent SLI Ready Power Supply £65.99
Samsung EcoGreen F2 500GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM (HD502HI) X2 £37.98 £75.96
Arctic Cooler Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2 CPU Cooler £19.99
Samsung SH-S223B/BEBE 22x DVD±RW SATA Dual Layer ReWriter (Black) £16.99
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium - Retail £65.99
Total £757.85
I think this is finally my new rig! Hows it looking?
Many thanks.

Yes, the cooler you buy will replace the cooler that comes with the i5 CPU.
And that setup looks great.

Thanks alot.
I just finished my build last night (posting from it now by the way).
Tropicalfish and Fighter25 walked me through most of it on MSN, but I did look around on Youtube and forums for various tidbits of information.

I was going to order 4GB of 2133MHz but I take it that it isn't compatible?
Quick reply appreciated.
Thanks

Geforce GTX275 896MB Graphics Card
OCZ StealthXStream 700w PSU

Should be here Friday morning ready for a build over the weekend. Think i've read all there is about putting it together so hopefully it'll go without problem. Thanks to all who helped me with the components along the way. Hopefully have some screenshots for you on Saturday!
[edit]Ooh almost forgot. I have Windows 7 on pre-order but in the meantime do you suggest installing XP/Vista? XP is what I have always used on my desktop but I do have a copy of Vista (i think it's business edition) from an MSDN server I had access to whilst on my ICT course at college.

Is that cooler 1156 compatible?
Make sure you are getting a 64-bit operating system.
Do you have an optical drive?
