You have made me laugh, listen he is a new beginner to 3d modeling and hasn't spent much time on it and for what he has done is good so far, so unless you pull out a 10/10 A380 in front of me keep your trap shut.

Yeah it looks terrible. A plane model 2% complete would look bad.

So are you going to make this to have full systems as well or just model?

That would take years to model , and that's with a team of developers!

Yep. I was under impression it would just be the model but something got me wondering :hrmm:

Systems, like...CS? No. VC with basic functions and a few advanced functions. That's what I'll aim for.

Yes that's the kind of thing I meant (the later).

As I said earlier, it looks great. However, I wouldn't get too wound up in this project, seeing as there are 3 incredible 757 models out there that have set the bar pretty high. You should model a good Gulfstream V or a Dassault 7X. :hrmm: I cant speak for everyone else, but I would love you for life. :hrmm:

I can't find any Gulfstream blueprints. I'm pretty sure I heard over at Posky that it wasn't permitted by Gulfstream themselves. I would have done one if I could.

Perhaps Dassault. Falcon is really nice.

I won't get too wound up in it, because I'm focusing on a lot of other things (animation, character modeling, gaming modeling, particle effects, etc...). I'm interested in 3D modeling as maybe a side career if my flying doesn't work out. In the film visual effects industry! =) I'm doing like 6 hours a day of practice and watching videos, and reading tutorials. Big :hrmm: learning curve, but everything is really simple once it is explained.

Gulfstreams are pretty impossible to release as they don't allow it. Even freeware has been deleted off avsim because of them. :hrmm:

You're not going to find much (if any) documentation on Golfstreams because they are highly retentive about keeping that stuff SSI (Selective Secret Information).

There's more than one Gulfstream. But making one is pointless. Gulfstream would find out and have it taken down.

Find me a good 3 view that is large and clear, then I'll do that instead. I want to do a plane where there aren't many freewares for.
