Random question here guys, but if you guys had mics, would you be able to hear each other while flying?
If we used a Voice service like TeamSpeak or Ventrilo. But we usually don't, so our communication is limited by text.

Nice!

Buziel taxiing in the grass, is that because he was on FSX or using default scenery maybe?

You would need a VOIP server. VATSIM has it's own, but I'm not sure about the FSW server. We would probably have to use a 3rd party program like teamspeak or ventrillo.

I thoroughly enjoyed last night's event and would like to thank Buziel for organizing it.
I'd also like to thank everyone else who took part, especially roboa for giving an ATC service at Gatwick. It's just a shame more people didn't show up.. :hrmm:

Looking forward to the next one.  :hrmm:

Project Opensky. The 777 comes with a beautifully done virtual cockpit.

Remember to remove the IMG /IMG tags when quoting images, that'll reduce the length of the page.

Great to see everyone's shots. Glad it went well. I could not make it due to being called away on a business trip.

Hey, I downloaded the plane and put it in fsx but it doesn't have a VC and the 2D Cockpit had no instruments, did u have to do anything extra when installing it?

Yes...

I think you'll need to download the VC model that matches your 777 model, edit Panel.CFG entries, substitute gauges, delete some files, etc.

Tropicalfish didn't need to do this because he's using Fs9, but in FSX this is required due to how the aircraft was designed.
