I'm designing a fictional paint for the pairbus A320 which can be used in the up-coming FSW multiplayer flight to Haiti. Now, I'll be the first to admit it's hardly creative, and that is where I need your help. The tail could just be a Red Cross cross, yet I think it may need something more, so please, if you've any ideas fire away

Looks good!
Just one thing, remove the jetway dirt on the right side of the aircraft and make it a little wider imo.

Add some custom windows and reflections, and you got a nice paint. Well done.
