Fspassengers problem?

Heyy Guys,
I love using fspassengers to add realism to my flights, and give that cabin atmosphere.
However, I LOVE flying the 'Default Boeing 737-800', but, nearly all the time on landing, no matter how slow and smoothly I try to land, my tires always burst.... the occasional times when they haven't burst is when I have flared really early and
had to miss the Touchdown zone, which is just unrealistic.
People say that it is about learning how to really fly this plane, and it is about skill... but really, planes can land a lot harder than what I am in fsx WITHOUT their tires bursting..
This is driving me insane... does anyone know how I can fix this so that the tires don't burst on landing...

Hmm that's strange. My tires only burst when I really do land too hard, though I haven't ever used FSPassengers with the default 737.
What does the after-flight report say your vertical speed was on touchdown after your tires burst?

Keep an eye on the Vertical Speed Indicator (VSI) during the flare maneuver on top of watching the Attitude Indicator. The VSI needs to read less than -800FPM as the main wheels touchdown (preferably it needs to be in the -250 to -100 range) and your pitch attitude shouldn't exceed any more than 8*.
It seems as if you might be conducting your approaches too steep as a standard approach from the Final Approach Fix (FAF) should be around -800FPM.

I'm going to do a flight in the same aircraft using fspassengers in a minute, I'll try what you said, and take a note of the flight report and post it up.

I just finished my flight, and it happened again... I tried controling my VS, and but I was going to overshoot the touchdown so I had to put her down, but she wasn't too fast, neither was I too high.
I would have given you an inflight report.... but taxing off the runway, the egg timer came on my courser, and I thought 'Oh god, no' and it went off and said a fatal error had occurred
Gosh! This is driving me insane!

You're flying the approach too steeply and probably too fast then. A good landing starts with a good approach. A shallow approach will lead to floating and a steep approach will lead to a rougher touchdown.
On the 737, your average landing speed should be about ~130KTS with flaps 30 selected. Your approach speed needs to be about 5 knots higher than your landing speed in calm conditions, and adjust accordingly with headwinds.
Also, you need to wait until you're 30 feet above the ground before you start the flare.

20 feet before you touchdown, put throttle to idle, and put nose a little bit up, but not too much.

Just did a flight, to Melbourne and took all of your tips into account.... and did a very nice landing with no tire bursts!
