That's not a 'flight simulator' by the forum's definition of the term...
but thanks for sharing
Edit: well, actually it almost is. It's FSX with a huge price tag because you can drive tanks around

Supposedly more advanced, too. Probably for the REALLY serious simmer.
Though, the price tag basically equals what a lot of people likely spend on FSX + add ons.

Look's like an add-on, not a new sim.

It's built on Microsoft ESP. Essentially, the graphics are comparable to FSX, except the platform can be customized and modified for commercial clients.

So basically what your saying is that Microsoft is starting to out source there simulators just like x-plane has?

I'm not familiar with what X-Plane has done, but it's a platform meant entirely for commercial clients. It was released the same time as FSX, as it's based on the same graphics generation (to the best of my knowledge).

This is like Bohemia Studios making Virtual Battle Station for the real-world military forces, which they can also sell to civilians with a heavy price tag. But the smart ones just go out and buy Arma, which is also made by Bohemia, and it's pretty much the same game although VBS offers more features that only armies would really find beneficial to them. So I suppose the question is, are you Prepar3d to buy an overly expensive game that's just like FSX, only more unnecessarily realistic but definitely just as disappointing to run properly?
