That looks fantastic. A bit lifeless at night perhaps, but I'll blame it on the "work in progress" status :hrmm:
I'm still worried about the amount of necessary CPU power to build such detailled sceneries while flying... I mean, look at the multi-level roads... and also everything else is so detailled.

I see them flying through cyber space and just jump up and grab them.

Found the X-Plane blog... I think your identity on these forums is now obvious :hrmm:.

Let me shoot that down before it gets bigger.  I don't work for laminar or have anything to do with x plane 10 development.  I'm just another x plane add on developer trying to make people see that x plane is far better than people think.

Night lighting looks poor. Hopefully, they can keep working on it and improve it.

Release is still about 2-3 months away.  And if all you can critique is the night lighting, I'm assuming the rest of it is exceptional.
Yes, they are still working on the night lighting.
If you want to see some good examples of the night lighting...

Shot doooown :hrmm: lol... keep up the good work though... I can't help but feel that we are only a few years away from a major shift of people walking to X-Plane. Perhpas I'm saying this based on a magical picture of X-Plane 10 that lives in my head which will not be fulfilled even closely when it comes out... however I'm 100% making a shift to it when it comes out. I'm casually keeping up to date with Flight released but on X-Plane sites daily :hrmm:. GOGOGO! I feel like we are in exciting times indeed. Totally exhausted with constant MSFS crashes and the lag even on my I would say high end machine and almost minimum settings. Totally unacceptable.

Well did you even bother to read the 'Hopefully, they can keep working on it and improve it.' of my reply.

My post was not meant to be an attack on you.  I seriously meant that if that's the only negative thing you could point out, then I'm assuming, in your opinion, the rest of it looks good.
I'm the type of person that likes to know what people think of the overall scene.
I used to hate it when people say "if we don't say anything, then it's excellent"

I like the detail, but I still feel like it's going to need immense processing power to be run at full detail.

I think it looks good, but my only grudges are, it looks lifeless, no cars, or AI (But I'm assuming that's just for the sake of the screenshot). I feel like if the rest of the world is detailed enough to have houses with porches, then there should be at least be cars parked in the driveway and on the street. Just that, and the distance visibility. It just looks a little harsh, and rarely in the real world is it truly that clear. (THough I assume the sim also has a way to change it.)
