I bought the CS5 upgrade around the time it came out. I downgraded for a year and installed CS5 again last spring. My use of Photoshop since then has been about four or five times. I won't be getting this. Can't justify the $125 (IIRC) upgrade cost when I barely ever use the software these days.

I used Photoshop a lot during 2007 doing all those FSW forum memes. :hrmm:

Well of course, Switch, if one does a lot of photo work and whatnot, Photoshop CS6 would probably be worth it.

I think that image sharpening tool in video #2 could even sell itself as a standalone application.

My biggest gripe with Photoshop is, that I loved CS3 like Prashles, but dislike the whole tabbed window scheme in CS5. I know I can change it, but it just isn't the same.

That image sharpening tool is going to suck balls just like content aware did.

I feel the same way.

CS3 is still my favorite edition. Things started going downhill when they started 'stylizing' the interface in CS4. Don't get me wrong, CS4 and CS5 had some nice additions, but CS3 is still the best version they've made (of Photoshop, at least).

Same here. It does everything I need.

And if I need more, maybe I should have taken my photograph properly in the first place!!

CS1 was bad, CS2 was alright except for one minor issue. PS 7 was great.
