I've got a D3000 at the moment - I've had it for about 2 years now.

Though I would quite like a more powerful lens - Sigma 120-400mm would be my choice (unless someone can direct me better)

I would really like a new body - either D90 or D7000 - what do you guys think?

All about the glass in my opinion (or 90% anyway)  :hrmm:  Do you primarily use the automatic functions or do you mainly shoot fully manual?

Manual - when I shoot helos/props it's shutter mode and jets/everything else it's aperture mode.
