Does anybody know step by step instructions using Photoshop CS5 or Paint Shop Photo X4 Pro Ultimate or Photoshop Elements 8 on how to create de-icing spray from de-icing airport vehicle?

Use a selection in the direction you want the spray to go, new layer, select your spray colour and then use the gradient function. You could even go over the edges then with a soft rubber to make it more realistic.
