Thanks Jon! Yeah, I hope PMDG or someone takes it on as a freeware project. Apparently, the reason for the lack of development is due to the exorbitant cost that Gulfstream wants to charge for a payware product.

Wait, so Gulfstream sells jets with price tags as high as 60M+, and they’re concerned with making a few bucks over the licensing of their product in a fictitious game?
