It's something associated with one of the climbs within the La Guardia 4 departure.

Dude the La Guardia 4 departure has many obstacle climbs, gunna have to be more specific buddy.

Haha...I wish I still had a pic of the side by side comparison of the old Whitestone and mine, you would laugh.  MS's was 1.4x the height of the real, and the bridge deck had the wrong lane count...oh and it was double deck.
