Fs2004 and Windows 8

Windows 8 black screen full screen

Hi everyone!
I've just bought a new laptop which has Windows 8.
Unfortunately, FS2004 is not working properly: it loads normally but if I have full screen there is no aircraft preview and flights don't start; everything is ok if it isn't full screen.
Anyone has experienced this problem? Any advice?

Maybe video card drivers? try updates
