For Ati user, use icon
for Catalyst Control Center and you may able to change it at Gaming > 3D > Application Settings.

Ground Environment Pro & Ultimate Terrain.
Ground Environment Pro don't have effect on your FPS, but with Ultimate terrain make sure you turn off night lights when you fly during the day.
