how to get more fps in fsx?

Hello,

I have a problem.. i have only 10-20 fps in fsx. I cant play with that..

Does someone know how i can fix this?

Pc specs:
I7 prossesor
Gpu: nvidia gt450m
6gb ram

Hopefully someone knows a fix.
