Hey all, I am getting a new computer in the next month or so and I was just trying to get some advice on my new build.  Below is what I was thinking about getting.

I am looking to be able to run FSX as well as possible without spending a absolutely ridiculous amount of money.  In addition to being able to run FSX, I would like to be able to run CAD, watch HD video's, multitask, etc.  Right now I am looking at a budget of about $1500, but I am willing to flex a little bit if needed.

Here are the components I was looking at getting:

CPU:
Intel Core i7-3820 Sandy Bridge-E 3.6GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 2011 130W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80619i73820

Optical Drive:

I have also been thing about getting this CPU:
Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I73770K
http://www.newegg.co...N82E16819116501

I know that I would need a different motherboard with this CPU, and am open to suggestions.  Also, I have read that this CPU would be better for overclocking which I am thinking about doing, is this true? If so would I see better performance with overclocking this CPU verses the CPU listed above being overclocked?  And if so, why is this one better for overclocking?

I am still looking for a heatsink/cooler of some sort and was hoping to get some suggestions on that too as I do not know much about them.

Any and all feedback is welcome!  Thanks in advance for any advice!
