REX not loading textures into FSX?!

Hello and recently I've reinstalled FSX, I changed the file location of REX to the new location of my new installed FSX. I install textures and it says successfully loaded. But when I am in game of FSX, the textures are still default? I have reinstalled FSX and REX so many times now and still not working, it's starting to really frustrate me... Please help?
