:) Hi All,

In the standard 737, there are two Nav radios. There is no way of selecting them individually. That said, when I press VORLOC, does the aircraft look only at Nav1?

Thanks in advance for your wise counsel!

Best,

Lucky  :)

How do you mean, selecting them individually? On the pedestal you can set both NAV radios to a different frequency.
I think the VOR/LOC always uses NAV1 though.

Hi Drak,

Thanks for your input. By selecting individually, I mean the ability to link either one exclusively to the VORLOC.

I too suspect that the VORLOC only looks at Nav1, trouble is it isn't documented anywhere ---

Best,

It's documented in PMDG's FCOM2 manual: if you select autopilot A then VOR/LOC uses Nav radio #1, if you use AP B then it's Nav radio #2.
