HI Everyone, I am hoping someone can help me sort out a download problem with FSX deluxe edition .I am just about ready to start tearing my hair out. I have the genuine Microsoft FSX CD discs ,I insert disc 1 into my laptop disc drive & click on --DOWNLOAD FSX FROM YOUR MEDIA---the installation wizard screen appears followed by the FSX screen on which I click -INSTALL --the I get a Screen saying REMOVING APPLICATIONS --which starts to fill up (blue squares) but after 5or6 squares it stops ,, Then nothing happens --I waited for half an hour ---still nothing -when I click on the wizard icon on the task bar --a error message appears saying --(-Error 1607 unable to install- install shield scripting runtime )  What the ###### does this mean???  I recently had my computer hard drive totally wiped -& windows 7 installed at a PC repair shop . Windows 7 is working just fine -I had the FSX program installed before & it worked OK -why it refuses to install now is beyond me  can anyone help or point me in the right directon --please ---thank you ---CaptCranwell
