Hi all , newbie here.
I have recently retired and I have now mastered my flight sim 2000,yes a very old system I know.
I wish to upgrade to a newer flight sim but I am unsure what to buy.
Would FSX be ok for me ?
My lap top is about 2 years old and is a 32bt.windows 7
Where can I buy a flight sim that would be suitable for me ? I have seen them on e bay but they are quite expensive and I do not want to buy and find I have problems.
Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks,

malc

FSX tends to be a processor bound program. It also makes your graphics card work hard. FSX will run under Windows 7 as long as you have a minimum of 2GB memory (3GB is better). You haven't posted the specs of your PC and I'm not that keen on making recommendations to other people anyway.

FS2004 is rather less demanding on computers and may be a better choice. Check the recommended (not minimum) specs for FSX and make your choice. :)

Without the specs of your laptop, we can't help you.
