Presenting a nice flight from ENVA Trondheim Airport located in Værnes 10 nautical miles east of Trondheim, Norway to ENEV Harstad/Narvik Airport located in Evenes in further northern Norway

At gate ready for pushback



Being pushed back by airport tug from gate



Disconnecting from pushback tug



Starting engines spewing cold smoke

Airborne on climb to FL300



Turning toward north passing clouds while still on climb to FL300



Passing waters of Svaet





Making little course correction toward north



Still climbing to FL300 now at FL200



Now cruising at FL300 along western shores of Norway









Descending from FL300 to 10,000 ft



Now at 10,000 ft





Time to descent from 10,000 ft to 5,000 ft



Nice wing view at 5,000 ft



At 4,000 ft



Maneuvering through mountains or high hills above rivers in northern Norway can be exciting



Time to make very tight 180 degree right turn toward airport runway 17 that is visible in background



Still making tight turn to avoid high mountains and valleys!





Making lots of maneuvering adjustments toward runway to battle Arctic winds
