50 years ago, in 1954 the first of Boeing's long line of commercial airliners took to the sky in the form of the model 367-80, the prototype for its highly successful 707 series.

Captain Sim could not leave this moment behind the simmers community and devotes the Legendary 707 release to the 50th anniversary of this remarkable moment in the history of aviation.

I feel like total crap...I guessed today, the first (10/1/04), I was one frekin day off, it was released yesterday, right??

Maybe Captin Sim will be nice and give us 1 day off people it for ree also!! (I'm really hopin!!!!)

JW, in case the date above is incorrect, I wasent able to find out anythin on the Captain Sim site.....
