Real air simulations is developing a Spitfire XIV. The Spitfire XIV is scheduled for release this October. The spitfire has cutting edge flight dynmics which let you fly the world war 2 fighter plane on a knife edge while you enjoy the roar of the Rolls-Royce 2035hp Griffin engine!. It also has a top speed of 450MPH, and a pure 3d-max model with multiple athentic liveries. Also included with the spitfire is RAF west malling, a historical fighter airfield.

Visit the Real Air Simulations site for more information and multiple screenshots.

I've been flying the Mk IX for a while now in IL-2; Aces and love it. Although it's nice to have these warbirds in FS2004 you really can't appreciate their performance unless you can take them into battle and shoot something  :o

just my opinion  :D
