I've already got a start on one on my site .... feel free to use it or link to it if you wish:

Select FORUMS from the menu on the left
Look for Scenery Design area

AFCAD World II is a sub-site on my Flight Sim site .... when BlackHawk finishes up his pilot training, he'll be coming back to take it over again.

Hey, scavers .... don't let any of that stop you.  Every sim site has something unique, a different perspective, and different featured item or theme.  You want to do AFCAD/Scenery design tutorials and instructions?  Go for it!!!!   :D   With an area for redesigned/new AFCADs?  Put it up there!   :o

With regard to the design stuff, I've already learned that NO ONE knows it all.  I'm pretty proficient with AFCAD and FSSC -- but I stay in the design forums on Aardvark, AVSim, Mike Stone's Hangar, ALPHASim, and about a dozen others -- offering my help where I can, but picking up more hints and tips than I give.

AFCAD files?  They're all over the place and no place.  There are thousands of airports in FS9 .... and probably less than 10% of them have been redeisgned.  Plus a LOT of closed airdromes that could be reopened ....

Put what you want to on that site .... and let me know if there's anything you think I could help with.  Design, AFCADs -- it's not a competition; there's too much to do, not enough folks to do it all, and it's gotta be placed somewhere.

One suggestion would to devise a way to know which afcad file is actually the most current and accurate.
