With regard to the design stuff, I've already learned that NO ONE knows it all. I'm pretty proficient with AFCAD and FSSC -- but I stay in the design forums on Aardvark, AVSim, Mike Stone's Hangar, ALPHASim, and about a dozen others -- offering my help where I can, but picking up more hints and tips than I give.
AFCAD files? They're all over the place and no place. There are thousands of airports in FS9 .... and probably less than 10% of them have been redeisgned. Plus a LOT of closed airdromes that could be reopened ....
Put what you want to on that site .... and let me know if there's anything you think I could help with. Design, AFCADs -- it's not a competition; there's too much to do, not enough folks to do it all, and it's gotta be placed somewhere.

One suggestion would to devise a way to know which afcad file is actually the most current and accurate.
