This tutorial will teach you how to give a picture an old effect.

First you will need a pic…

Next you will need to Desaturate it. TO do this go to Image > Adjustments > Desaturate. Or press Ctrl + Shift + U.

Next well shall add some colour, but keep in mind its has to be old. So a brown colour will be best. To do this Press Ctrl + U, you need to click the Colorise Box. Play about with the settings, I used this…

This next part is optional but may give some effect if you need it. Go to Filture > Texture > Grain. I used these settings. Note Grain Type is on soft.

That is your edited screenshot done. It should now look old and ready to go to the fs2004.com forums for people to see. I touched the finished one up to get this…
