Not to bash smokies pic, but I was wondering what people see in it that they like so much. To me it looks just like Toby's from last month, just a different plane... Heck even looks like the same airport... Not very orignal in my opinion...

don't get me wrong though, like I said I'm not trying to bash it. It is a great screenshot. I just want to know what you, the voters, look for in a screen shot...

Hmm.. that is a coincidence.. it looks like the same airport/runway to me. This was taken at KLAX. The main difference between my pic and Peter's pic from last month (that I think) is that my lighting conditions are way different. Mine has a more yellow/orange dawn tinge to it. Also, the weather condition is different. It looks like fair weather for Toby but Thunderstorm here. Oh yeah, and usually.. the angle we both chose is best for showcasing the plane... everywhere else either doesn't show enough, or lighting is bad.

The contest from last month was already over before it got pinned. I was afraid the topic would fade away, if it the voting would last more than a week.

Since this poll is pinned right from the start, the members have plenty of time to vote.
