Moving to a new PC

Hi,
I am just about to install a brand new Windows/XP based PC.
I have presently FS2004 running on Windows/ME wih numerous addtions, that I have now kept good track of (aircrafts and landscapes, airports etc).
Clearly I will have to do a new installation of the FS2004 SW, but how can I avoid reinstalling all additions. Can I copy libraries and if so: which and how?
