I decided to do this after people asked me how....
First open the pic and make a copy of the background layer by right clicking it and saing duplicate layer, now highlight that layer and choose the lasso tool outline where you want the jetblast to be, i just did this one quick...
Once you have done that, goto filter, effect i think it is and ocean ripple...this is where your personal preferance comes into play, i chose these settings.
I also decided to do a gassium blur which can be found under filter blurs... this is just a quick way to acheive an jetblast effect...
and this is what it looks like
its not the best or perfect but it gives you the general idea.

Not bad, what I would add to that, is also, before adding the selection and blur, is take like a 5 pixel wide paint of lightest light grey, and make small small swirl lines.. to add the textured effect.

If you have a "head-on" SS, I recommend doing all the steps above, but add more gaussian blur, and then do Ocean ripple again, after the gausian blur.

the game has no effect, you can only edit it
