There is no evidence on him that he is selling freeware or payware. Avsim is the best against piracy. They know about this problem and they're doing their best.

He is selling a DVD for $50AUD and has stated its non-commercial (i.e freeware)   .

well in the midst of all this I have a question is it legal to sell a plane on ebay thats payware if you don't like it and u uninstall it?

If u have 56k go to a friends house with a burnable CD and has fast internet and download em and burn em onto a CD and bring it home and install em or that illegal Im pretty sure its not thats what I did before I even had internet!
