This is a great achievement by Airbus. I was so excited as it was rolling down the runway for take-off.

Great landing too, I'm guessing it was carried out manually to enable the pilots to test the handling of the aircraft on approach.

lol I COULDNT miss it.

I set my alarm to 3:15 to watch it, went back to bed, and at around 6:50, when i was getting ready to go to school, it was making its approach for the flyover. I was a tad late getting to school, but totally worth it, as i watched it land too. VERY nice job for the pilot who landed it, it was very graceful.

It was a fun online party last night for sure. By 4:30 AM local time I was beat so I missed the landing, but I'm glad I was here for the takeoff gig.

And the news channels are still claiming it's the biggest plane in the world. I don't really see why this is such a big deal. Sure it's the biggest passenger plane, but it's not the biggest plane in the world.
