I must say that the overall quality of the screenshots have increased tremendously. In fact, most of the screenshots now could have been serious contenders with my screenshot if they were in the same contest as last time. Alio's totally blew my mind away when I first saw it.. and it continued to till the end of the page. Notable mention includes PillzburyDoughboy, Pavehawk, Fly2e, and Mango. I am definitely getting some shots ready now for December, looks like it is gonna be tough.

That's really difficult...  

The analysing from Funtown is a very good idea. I had to look more and more to the pic of Toby Werner. It is extremly difficult to make a god pic with a dark background. His shot is very atmospheric and highest quality!

I agree with the assessment from Funtown

I go with that pillzbury guy.... i saw commercial for him love his cookies... but his shot is very good... very nice angle, and great airport.. used to fly all the time on lufthansa to frankfurt... guess i won't mind, besides, most you ppl have photoshop and i made my picture so quickly, so in a way the score funtown gave me is like a complement seeing that some (aka paul4883) got a mark just above me with an even better picture than i got

All the time I thought people were voting for (image)quality. The shots from Smokie and Toby were both perfectly Anti-Aliased and taken with maxed out settings.

Pillz's shot isn't perfectly anti aliased, but ohh....what a nice shot!
