Brilliant job Dan!!!

I love how smooth your models look! mine in gmax have this big AA problem, makes me think my model is messed up, screws me up on smoothing and stuff

If / when I ever get it looking right   

It is number 3 priority (see ATP post for number 2 atm) so I am not spending too much time on it at the moment.
