I am currently creating a full model of the 2002 Enzo Ferrari for FS2004 ACOF. It's a car addon that has been under development for about two years and it is almost finished. I have already released the Beta version of the addon at SimViation and at AvSim. The updated package will be complete before the end of August and then released on SimViation, AvSim, FlightSim, and FS2004.
The new package also includes [but not limited to]:
1. various color schemes and paint schemes [some representing real-life cars]
2. new wallpaper of the addon
3. improved driver and car model
4. reworked textures and dynamics
I am making ground vehicle addons because I have realized that my skills are better suited for such development. It is also because I wanna help the FS series become more flexible and help FS users utilize as much of the FS world as possible. Of course, many of you have seen how Seatle, Manhattan, or Stuttgard [can't spell] looks from the sky. Now you can see how it looks from the ground. This new and growing hobby is also in response to the now-growing number of detailed sceneries that have become more and more complex and life-like.
This hobby might also one day serve some use in the VA world [ie: online user drives a load of cargo across tarmac to another online user who is waiting in his assigned cargo jet].
Remember the motto: "As Real As it Gets"
EDIT: I am also receiving help from an expert who knows a lot about aircraft.cfg modifications.
