Couple more shots - I've just about textured the terminal and have started building up the ground around the apron and runway.

It looks very good, those supports even look more realistic then the Aerosoft ones imho

Thanks :D

I am aiming to give basically a freeware equivalent of the aerosoft version (smash the system, ha! :D ) and am hoping to get things as real as possible. Obviously things ren't going to be quite as spot-on as the payware one, as I have no access to plans, etc - I am doing this pretty much completely from reference to airliners.net photos. I think once I've got things neat, but not neccesarily complete I'll release another beta.

One thing I'm going to have trouble on is coding the Kai-Tak-esque approach. If anyone has any tips on coding approaches, or any info on what the approach is actually like, it would be welcome. :D

Kind of good and kind of bad news (ish)

I finally got hold of a decent airport chart, so I can get things looking really accuarte now. The bad thing is I have to redesign a few bits and peices. Still.. its all fun :D
