I know two people and I have this problem with The Queen. The nosewheel doesn't turn when taxing, there is no animation... This looks a bit goofy, but it hasn't bugged me much as I can still taxi, and don't see it from the cockpit. But still, it's just sort of one of those "huh?" things.

For one friend, it worked once and then stopped. Another it didn't, now it is. And for me, it hasn't worked period. Any one else having this problem?

Yea it does work, load the flight without cold and dark and it will animate aswell as the VC steering tiller, i have not yet found out how to activate nosewheel steering yet from cold and dark.

LOL I came in here to post just that! It does look very goofy, and it hasnt worked for me period either. I don't know, may be one of those bugs that they didn't notice.

I like starting up from Cold and Dark, though. That's half the experience.

Melted, you ought to be doing something wrong in the startup process, or else loading fuel to this aircraft via the MSFS Fuel Loader. I have had no problems whatsoever with the nose gear animation.

Try using the rudder. It sounds like the same problem as with the POSKY counterpart, where the nose wheel doesn't turn when using a stick or yoke, so you might want to try the rudder instead.

are you using cold and dark file from avsim, or simply loading a file with the 152 turned off then changing aircraft to the Queen.

Maybe that would work?

I'm using the fuel loader PMDG provides in the PMDG menu. I'm doing the start up process by the checklist.

I have the CH Yoke and Rudder Pedals.

I'm using the cold and dark panel load option from PMDG...

I don't know what's up, odd :-/

I am having the same problem, the nosewheel does not turn along with the plane,
When I was installing the plane the version came up as 1.01 even on the download, I don't know if this has something to do with it.
How do I fix this issue.

I emailed PMDG and got a reply...

The nose wheel steering will be active when you supply hyd pressure via System 1.

I just done a flight before i recieved this email and the nosewheel worked.
