great shots i voted for #3 this month i just get over the lighting in the pic and the mist where the bridge although this month there is a pic where I can't see a bridge at all (#4) and i also like the water textures in #13 looks great

I think shot 8 would have been excellent if a plane was included.
I have to go with shot 14, excellent overview of London and that scenery enhancement looks stunning.
