I didn't enter this month.... I didn't think I was allowed to. I figured this because Smokie didn't enter November's contest.
Nah man... it was just cause it was an editing contest... so I refused to participate (since my pictures will get owned). This month I didn't enter cause computer reformat cause big time loss of data. Also, I had so much stuff going on, I was too tired. I have 2 orchestra concerts in 2 days! OMG, so much practicing. Next week is region, which means more practicing. My arms feel like they are falling off. Anyways, for this month's SS contest, I eliminated all the screenshots down to 4. I voted Raligard. The other 3 that I paid considerable attention to were: Toby, Chalk4, and Mango.

Oh yeah, I forgot to add this month's shots are better than last month's shots. Keep it up  :o  :P  B)

I got home on Dec 2nd and missed the contest!
I voted for Mango, I think this is a new and interesting shot!
The lighting, the dude with his shades on and the lightning strike make for a unique shot! Great work Mango!  :o

wow, I'm really surprised how the vote is going. This is my first contest and I really have no idea what people like for shots.
My personal favorites, and the guys I thought would be the toughest competition, are:
PIA747CAPT, for the nice paint job on that plane, nice angle and colors.
Toby, for the crystal clearity of the plane, and scenery. Looks very nice.
Bernardt, very realistic decent. Excellent lighting, almost looks real.
Chalk 4, nice clear looking plane.
Frank, excellent hover shot with very nice scenery and shadowing.
Mango, nice clear plane image. Shame about the fluffy weather :o lol
Alio, nice reflections on the water and clear plane.

Loved all the shots, tough competition.

I figured I'd tell you all how great your shots now before you beat me and I tell you how much I hate you :P j/k lol

Good luck everybody :o . If you're wondering why my shot is not very sharp it's because the settings for flight sim were on medium and I only have a GF2. I tried my best though :P

Same here. I thought mine looked good enough for at least one vote... Either people don't like NYC, or don't like those beautiful Russian beasts...

lol, funtown. I thought mine would win ;)
I spent a pile of time trying to get the perfect angle on that shot with the sun creaping over the clouds and the lightening...must have ran replay 100 times until I got the perfect positioning on the strike....4 votes  :o
When you told me you didn't like it cause of the cessna, you could hear the thud from my head hitting the desk from a mile away....lol, I forgot that the plane is 90% of what people what to see and I was going for atmosphere B)
Oh well, be ready for next year, I won't be losing so easily next constest. :P

Yea, I noticed that. I think it looks very nice. But you're right, 20% (not quite 90 B) ) of what I'm looking for is the plane. I actually have a grading style. :o
20% of what I'm looking for is scenery. I gave you an 8 out of 10 for scenery. The Stonehenge is pretty cool, but I'm actually more of a tall building person. :P
Another 20% is the plane. I gave you a 6... B)
Then angle is another 20%. Pretty nice angle in yours that I thought was worth an 8.
Then the sky is 20 more. Nice lightning, nice clouds, nice sun, but I gave you a 9... You probably deserved a 10 though... Not sure what I was thinking at the time. ;)
Then the last 20% is nonsense LoL... You don't want to know... I'm going to change it to image quality/AA/ya know. You would have either got a 9 or 10 on that.
