we all know that airbus are tight about letting developers see their material, and we know that Boeing rule in the fs community with help from PMDG and LEVEL-D, so i thought why don't we send a letter to Airbus, with thousands of signatures, asking if developers could have more material like on the same level as what Boeing do.

we all know we need a good airbus don't we?

Please give me feedback please, this letter will be professionally done, no cheap begging crap!

cheers scott w

this is looking good, im going to contact every fs site and ask see if an ad campaing would be ok, also il contact sites such as vaflas, plus hundredds of va's to get in on the act, if it means me going to southern france to hand airbus the doccment then it will be done, im sure devolpers such as pmdg, lds, pss etc will participate in this, after all this why im doing this, personally i think airbus think fs is just a game, and people don't take it seriously. we need to get over to them that there are thousands of simmers who would love an accurate airbus in their collection, it won't cost them any money to release the document, if it needs developers to sign an agreement im sure it could be arranged.

thaks for the support, we need to work together on this!

we will suceed

I admire your optimism, but I fail to understand how you will obtain these 'signatures' and how to present them to Airbus as a legitimate petition?

impossible is nothing,

regarding signatures, they will be typed, including your name, where you come from etc...maybe they will see that boeing are taking over fs and they will do something about it!

I hate to dump crap all over your idea but maybe Airbus is more focused on the real world :D all in all Airbus shouldnt be so stingy  :) might as well highjack a test plane and collect all the data :D just kidding

and why on earth would they care if someone is taking over some game or not ? it is not like they would get any profit from it anyways... so why bother and show all the details of your plane. It could be also for protection

airbus may not care, but theres no harm in trying, iwould like to find out why airbus won't release material and boeing will, the airbus/ boeing comparison might just make airbus realise thay maybe releasing some data wouldnt be a bad idead after all, airbus have nothing to lose, and at the end of it they would have a very accurate and detailed flight sim model, maybe for trainee crew, that whats happened with the wilco 737.
Homeless like ive stated above its not that i want airbus to say ok, well just concentrate on virtaul model or anything.lol. i just think if developers got more data then flight simmers would hav a good boeing and airbus hanger,
