The lights not only show they're below the G/S; the G/S marker on the PFD says they about 100 - 200 feet below but it looks like a CAT III Auto Land in progress so the aircraft probably made those adjustments based on the incorrect VREF speeds entered for the approach.

from what ive heard, autolands aren't used all that often.. simply because its not fun  :D who would let the plane land itself anyway? id rather land it myself  :D (oh, unless the visibility is ridiculously low!)

i don't want to start a trend of none FS shots, but noone has posted a landing shot today so i thought i would put another of my favourites in (the LAST one i PROMISE  :)) By the way this is a Qantas 767, and you can see another Qantas holding short.
