You're right about the clips Jim - you gotta keep em SHORT otherwise you wander off.

** I must take this opportunity to plug this incredible little Recorder Module a guy over on AVSIM forums (called Matthias) has written. It's the best thing ever. You can forget about the FS9 replays now. This thing records and allows you to effortlessly play back and skip through your landing and then capture footage using Fraps or whatever. The best thing is you get all the alierons on the wings moving/AI traffic/ etc - somtething FS9 replay doesn't pick up. SUPERB. **

Fantastic work once again Max... I really enjoyed this one, especially your street level shots at Kai Tak :D Can't wait for the next one!

I didn't really like the music track so much, but thats because I have a hate for Gwen LOL. It did work nicely for the video however which is the important thing

I think that me, you, Grover and Tinfish should make a series of short video's released under the same name and general concept. I got a few idea's in my head, nothing definate.

P.S - sorry it taken me ages to give you my feedback, I've been away for a few days :D

cheers mate.

I think I'm gonna have a rest for a while - my ideas tank is empty (plus I'm running out of camera angles).  It's a lot of fun though and I'm always drawn back into it once I get an idea. Interested in your little project though.... There really are some cracking videos being put out lately around here. And we haven't seen one from your good self for a while now...

Yeah, some really good stuff on here at the moment. I'll give the idea a little more thought over the weekend.

Nothing from me for a while too. I'm doing a little something for a developer at the moment.

LOL. i figured out why FS9 does not capture aileron and flap action durring replay..
in "replay" FS9 uses the actual aircraft again "sitting were you left off"
>>at rest on the ground, or "frozen in flight.
if you ever teminated a replay before its ends, you catch the plane back at its last
position if its on the ground and the gear fold backdown and the plane is uncermoniously
droped back down onto the RWY. LOL

fantastic video!

What is this little utility called that Matthias wrote?
I've always wanted something that would do exactly that.

Mate, that was fantastic. I loved it. Ive been in video Hiatus for a few weeks now having done too many videos for people. In fact last night was the first time I even loaded FS9 in a couple of weeks, but this has given me the drive to get stuck in again. :D

The plane "unceremoniously" being dropped back down on the runway when jumping to the end of an instant replay...has a knack of producing "CRASH!" with the POSKY 767-300ER!

I'll download it later today, this thing really needs a defrag (while I go shopping :D )

This is an excellent video!  The music isn't my taste but it's definately a very appropriate track for the video itself.  You should have saved it for the next contest!

The street shots for the Kai Tak approach is fantastic, and what can be a better choice than a Cathay 747 in the sandwich scheme!  Some clips were played back so fast I could have sworn it looked like a 707 silhouette...:D   Pity you floated a little high over the runway. :)

My only criticism is that some clips are too short and some playbacks are a tiny but too fast so before my mind finishes processing what's on the clip, it's already moved on 2 clips! :D

Keep up the good work!
