Ok, I havn't used it much, but here are my first impressions:
* Its free! Wow!
* This aircraft is so complete it could be compared to PMDG!
* Features Including Virtual Cockpit, Cabin, 330 Page Manual, Failures, Panel States, The displays are slightly customisable (RA and FD)
* FPS Are dramatically higher, infact PERFECT with 2D Only mode, Exterior almost locked at 23, Panel around the same, I get better performance with the VCabin/VC mode than the VC mode by itself (VC around 10-11, Exterior model around the same, Interesting).
* It has systems! Hydraulic, Electrical, APU etc.. I havn't started from Cold and Dark yet as I only just found out how [Everything regarding configuration is within the FMC], so next Flight I will and I'll see if they are actually functional (or just dummy switches)
* No wing views! Ironic that both 744's (PMDG/iFLY) don't have wingviews.
* I prefer POSKY's model, (And PMDGs), I'm going to try and merge it.
* The FMC is complete, It has pages (Although just for looks), such as Maintenance that arn't with PMDG if I remember correctly.
* It doesn't feel as 'refined' as PMDG, especially in the VC.
* The 2D 'Main' and 'FMC' bitmaps are very good, I prefer them to PMDG. The Pedastal, Overhead etc.. seem less so.
* There doesn't appear to be a Load manager, Fuel Planner, or EICAS System
I will do a full comparison with PMDG after a few more flights

I see a folder in FS9 called iFly with the AIRACS, and then SIDS, STARS, and FLIGHTPLANS.
But I dunno how to add SIDS and STARS.

The gear looks faaaar too small, and the front of the plane isn't quite right. If they redid the model, I think this would be superior. For now though, POSKY and iFly Merge for me.
Thanks for the headsup though

(767PIC - PMDG 737NG) As it appears on the navdata.at website
Taken from Navdata files in the iFLY directory:

Unfortunately It appears SIDS/STARS are segregated, I've never seen it like this before so It might be unique/one-off/special/need to create new ones .
You create a differnet 'SID' file and 'STAR' file, Information on procedures is located as a seperate manual for those who are excellent at compiling these things!
