Man, some of you guys are really throwing some good hardware at this project, thats great. Makes my little 'ol 2.0Ghz Celly look pretty puny, I may have to go back on what I said and get this AMD64 4000 into the fight. Can't have the team founder running around with the lowest score!

LOL that's the spirit! :D  It looks like B737 will be keeping the #1 spot for awhile. :D

I can't get two of my work laptops to connect through the company firewall.  Apparently it will only connect on port 8080, which is closed for me.  Has anyone seen any info on manually downloading work units for offline machines?  The RC5 project was able to do that. :)
I changed the port to 80 and added proxy authentication information for my work laptop, and I was able to download a WU.  Maybe it's something else?

WTH ? I thought 8080 should always be open ?

Thats it. Tonight I go to the GF's house and get her XP 3200, 1gig, 9800XT machine hooked up, then maybe this weekend I'll get my daughter's machine tied in.... and I'll still have a CPU deficit *sobs*   :D    lol

Edit: I just fired up the AMD64 4000 Sand Diego, 2Gig, 7800GTX machine and is now folding. I can't be staying in 8th place.

Yeah I've noticed you climbing fast lately.  I'll have to see what else I have around here to hold off your assault.  :D

Give it up Brad. In the next week or so I'm ordering the hardware for another folding box, that should put me over the edge.... I hope.

Ok, ordered a Sempron 3100, a Soltek K8T800 Mobo, and a Western Digital 80gig HDD. The mobo and HDD were a combo deal for about $100. I have a spare gig of Kingston DDR433 memory and my old Asus 5900 Ultra vid card. I wanted to go dual core but that was going to push over $300.00. I think that should polish you off Brad.  :D

Wow, I'm just stuck to using one system:

X2 3800
X1600XT
1GB pc3200

It is my gaming pc. The thing is that I only run folding at home at night sometimes. I really don't want to stress my CPU out since it is my main rig. But come this summer I plan on getting a sempron 3400 + a 754 motherboard, use my old 9250 PCI VGA, 1 GB RAM, and linux to run folding at home.

Bring it on Mul.

I finally added some console clients to my system:

AMD Opteron 170 (Client 1@100% Usage | Client 2@100% Usage) = 100% Total CPU (Stays on 24/7, except when gaming)
Intel 2.6GHz HT (Client 1@100% Usage | Client 2@100% Usage) = 100% Total CPU (Stays on 24/7 - No exceptions)

As for the other client, I honestly have no idea where that is. :D

I just purchased a Zalman 120mm CPU cooler, so I plan on OC'ing the Opty even more.

Jon is gone, Brad, you're next.

lol, no chance I can keep up with that. I'll get axe murdered for the electricity bills increasing :D

Besides, all the armour I have is a single core opteron, a 1.5Ghz pentium M and the XP 2200

My A64 3000 for my server arrived today. It's a good overclocking stepping. Should be good for 2.7Ghz.

How much is electricity across the pond per KWh?
