Very good video, prof!

Liked the atlas taxiing in the first part of the video, stoot in front of that same atlas a few days ago while it was taxiing on schiphol...on about 20 meters from it :D

Navigator, man you have created quite a mess for yourself having to have everything judged against Air "Dynamics!"...wish I could be so lucky!

Very smooth! :D

haha that's true, I never expected that video to make such a fuss, it's already near 3000 downloads.  I'll be cursed by "Air Dynamics" from now on.... :D

I guess people tend to expect something better compared to the previous work everytime... I don't think that works for me bc I try to make videos completly different from the previous ones, just with some "touchs" of things that seemed to have worked in the past videos.

Anyway, I really enjoy making FS videos and as long as I'm having fun making them that's what really matters to me! :)

thanks for the comments!

I think it was more basic than that in Air Dynamics actually, as I sat and thought about it. Many of us are older than we'd like to admit, and are constantly in search of validation of ours as a "serious" hobby...or just the "as real as it gets" aspect of it all. You struck a nerve tying in the science to show this "ain't all child's play!" :D

Here's some trivias about this vid:

- An Equinox is the the moment when the Sun passes over the equator, making the day and the night have about the same length in places around the Equator of course. The event occurs twice a year, around March 21 and September 23. The next one will be on March 20. :)

- The morse code during  the cockpit part keeps repeating "Equinox" about 5 times.

- During the credits, the code translates to "Thanks for watching" :D

- Some of the old instruments featured there are the sextant and the astrolabe.

- Maps at the beginning are in French and Italian.

...just in case some of you couldn't sleep wondering about those! :D

I capture my videos with a registred version of FRAPS. Don't know if that's the best way but it works for me
