Now look at the top right corner of ImageReady, and you'll see a box that should be selected with the 'Optimize' tab. Click 'Format' and switch it to GIF format.


Now for your final step, go to File>Save Optimized As... and make sure it's still under .gif format, then save in desired folder. Now take in mind since this is a animation, .gif is the only supporting format. The quality will be decreased, but thats the cost for animation.
