Everytime in FS2004 when the flight were too long I used the x16 speed, but it wasn't enough speed for me, I need x8932408402848

I doubt it. Micrsoft worked hard to create a real-world scenario. It takes approximately the same time to get from one place to another as it does in the real world, providing that the settings are the same as they should be.

16x?? That should be plenty. 
Besides, it's much more fun on long flight legs to just put the sim in windowed mode and resize it down small enough so that you can do other things on your PC. Now THAT'S multitasking.
